quotation, or are you just given the phone number of an installer? Correct
installation in the most important part of the purchase.

they issue Building Contracts as required by the Office of Fair
Trading for building works above certain values?

Are their installers Licensed? Do they use
Licensed Electricians?

Do they have an Establishment to conduct the
business or is it done by mobile phone out of the back of a truck?

Is the company who sells you the air conditioner also
the company who services it? Can they provide Authorised Warranty
Support when you need it?
